Crush Guard - Installation - Genie Z-40/23N Control Module Installation
This Tech Doc shows how the Control Module is mounted and installed
Installation Steps:
1. Drill two M6 holes into the man
platform plate to mount the
Control module bracket
2. Secure the Control Module using
the supplied nuts and bolts.
3. Secure the M12 5-Way and 8-Way
screw-lock connectors from the
Crush Guard Frame into the
Control Module.
4. Make sure that
the screw lock connectors are
tightened finger tight into their
corresponding sockets. See Note 1.
5. Hold the M23 connector from the
Control Module next to the
existing connectors into the
control box, and note the location
as shown.
6. Cable tie the M23
cable to the existing cables
going into the control box.
