Crush Guard - Installation - Haulotte Star10 Control Module Installation
This Tech Doc shows how the Control Module is mounted and installed
Installation Steps:
1. Drill four M6 holes into top
control box platform to mount
the Control module.
2. Attach the Control Module to the
platform using the supplied nuts
and bolts.
3. The module must be mounted
with the siren light facing
towards the ground.
4. Secure the M12 5-Way and 8-Way
screw lock connectors from the
Crush Guard Frame into the
Control Module.
5. Make sure that
the screw lock connectors are
tightened finger tight into their
corresponding sockets.
6. Secure the cable from the Crush
Guard Frame into the Control
Module to the man platform
frame using cable ties
7. Drill a 30mm hole into the top
control box platform for the
Control Module M23 connector.
8. Hold the M23 connector from the
Control Module next to the
existing connectors into the
control box and note the location
as shown.
9. Cable tie the M23
cable to the existing cables
going into the control box.
