Requesting EQSS Support

There are two main methods of contacting EQSS for support.

Within Australia, EQSS support is contactable via:

1.    Support tab on our EQSS website EQSS Support

2.    Contacting EQSS by Phone: 03 8770 6555

1.   Support tab on our EQSS website (EQSS Support)

·        Navigate to the EQSS website and select the ‘Support’ tab

·        Select ‘Submit a ticket’ and a form will open with empty typeable fields

·        Fill in the identity fields and email address (email important to enable EQSS to easily service customers with file attachments and manuals)

·        Fill in the subject field with what the support request is relating to (eg CCIM not working)

·        In the ‘Description’ field – provide a description of the reported fault

·        Select the drop-down fields for EQSS product and model options and select relevant options (EQSS module – multiple item selection is possible).

·        Fill in the EQSS serial number of the item that has the fault

·        Fill in the ‘Machine Model’ and ‘Machine Serial Number’ fields

·        Use the ‘Attach a File’ option on the bottom of the page to attach photos or other files

·        Submit the form

·        A Zoho ticket will be created and an automatic email will be sent to you (the customer) with details of their Zoho ticket number – please quote this number with all correspondence with EQSS relating to your raised support request

·        Support will call/email the customer as required – at the first available opportunity

2.   Customer Contacts EQSS by Phone: 03 8770 6555

Please note that raising your own support requests via the EQSS Support tab is in fact a faster, more accurate and more streamlined process than calling our EQSS phone number.
