Gen1 - General - Gen1 has not been supported for over 10 years
Gen1 Tech Docs have been published for your convenience
EQSS has been producing the Gen3 system since approximately 2012. The Gen1 system was at that stage phased out and ultimately made legacy shortly after. Currently, the Gen1 is totally obsolete and unsupported. The Tech Docs provided here are being published to aid users with any out in the field surviving Gen1 systems. They are intended to aid with simple adjustments and minor repairs.
EQSS no longer repairs any Gen1 system units, nor do we have in our stores any components that we could use to repair Gen1 systems.
If your machine requires a machine operation safety monitoring system, then you should upgrade to an EQSS Gen3 system. Most machines that were able to use a Gen1 system also have a Gen3 kit available.
