Gen1 - Maintenance - Use of Silicon Grease

Silicon grease must be applied to the pins of each connector.
This prevents moisture entering the connectors which causes:
● voltage fluctuations - sending incorrect sensor readings to the system
● rust on the pins - a rusty pin can not conduct causing sensor drop outs

All connectors for the TSS which are exposed to moisture must get coated in silicon grease. If this grease has been removed it must be reapplied otherwise moisture could damage the system.

The picture below shows the proper application of silicon grease in the ISM connectors.
