Gen3 - Attachments - Attachments Lists and Load Charts

Notes
Attachment Lists containing calibrated load charts are available to view on the EQSS website.
  1. Navigation Path = EQSS Main Page -> Products -> GEN3-LMS -> Attachments
  2. Then select the brand (JCB,  Manitou...etc)
  3. Find the machine model that's relevant to you
  4. Look for the attachment that you have (and want to use)
  5. Look for the legend on the page to interpret the status of the attachments; most published sheets are:
    1. ['-' No rating charts]
    2. ['C' Rating Charts Available But Calibration Required Before Use],
    3. ['X' Rating Charts and Calibration Completed. Attachment Ready For Use]
  6. If you are not able to locate your attachment in the list, then most likely at this moment we don't have a load chart for your attachment. You will need to reach out to the attachment manufacturer for a printed copy of the load chart for your attachment to supply to EQSS. Once we receive a printed load chart, we can then convert that to a digital version to load into the Gen 3 system. Furthermore, even when a digital load chart is created, an attachment calibration will still be required. Most likely, you will be required to acquire a calibration cable in order to complete this attachment calibration.
  7. If you locate the attachment on our EQSS attachment list but find a  'C' condition next to it, then a load chart exists within the Gen 3 system, however a calibration does not. Most likely, you will be required to acquire a calibration cable in order to complete this attachment calibration.
  8. If you locate the attachment on our EQSS attachment list but find a  'X' condition next to it, then Rating Charts and Calibration have been completed. Your attachment is Ready For Use. All you need to do possibly, is to enable it to be displayed (Via the Gen-3 Configuration Tool) and then select it from the Gen 3 Display.
