Gen3 - Attachments - Manual Attachment Selection

The attachment selection menu is accessible by pressing the - User Input Control dial to
enter the Menu System
Then select 'Attachment Selection Menu'
This will display a list of the currently calibrated attachments for this Telehandler (as below example)
Each attachment listed includes both a picture of the attachment for ease of identification
and a description which will be shown on the attachment window on the main screen (if
selected).
To select a new attachment scroll through the menu until the desired attachment is
highlighted and press the user input dial. This will exit to the main screen and load the
configuration for the new attachment.
If there are more attachments that can be displayed on a single screen then arrows are
displayed at the top or bottom to indicate there are more attachments on other pages.

The operator can only select from attachments that have been
enabled (within the Gen 3 Configuration Tool) - if the attachment is not enabled, it will not be shown
in the menu. Instructions below, discuss how to enable other possible (but currently disabled) attachments.
All EQSS kit engineered machines are listed in this section. Some of the attachments have an already existing load chart & calibration and are immediately usable when selected. Other attachments within these lists have a load chart only and will need to be calibrated by the customer before it can be used to maximum capacity.
Enable Attachments using the EQSS Gen-3 Configuration Tool
The Gen-3 Configuration Tool (as part of the Gen 3 downloadable Software) can be downloaded from the EQSS website. Contact EQSS support if you don't already have this installed on your computer or are not sure how to download/install this software. The configuration tool contains all currently available attachments via the 'Attachments' tab.
Updating recently released Load Charts
Load Chart updates are released by EQSS via the software update process. The software updater can be found on the Windows > Start menu list in the EQSS folder.
Path = Start Menu > EQSS> Eqss Update
Select Eqss Update
The EQSS Update screen will open
Enter the UserName and Password details and click the 'Check For Updates' button (contact EQSS if you don't know your login details)
The app will check for updates and if updates are available, will open a list of pre-ticked updates
Click the 'Download Updates' button to download selections
If any new software update installations are required, the updater will initiate those installations. When all updates have been completed, close the updater and start the 'Gen 3 Configuration Tool' to complete the latest attachment update.

The display saves the last attachment selection. If this
attachment is disabled via the configuration software, the
display will still load the attachment when it starts the next
time, but will no longer be selectable via the attachment menu.

Some manufacturers do not allow de-rating the capacity of
attachments. Check with the machine manufacturer before
enabling this option.
