Gen3 - General - High Pressure Washing

Do NOT high pressure clean any EQSS Gen 3 components as this will void your warranty.

High pressure cleaning is only possible on IP-69 (and above) rated items. None of the EQSS components are rated to IP-69.

IP ratings for EQSS components:
6202      CSDM  (Display Unit)      = IP-54
6259      CCIM                                = IP-65
6258      CPIM                                = IP-67
6206      CALM (Cable Reeler)       = IP-64
6231      CLTM  (Light Tower)        = IP-64

Third Party Supplier
OP001028  Gen 3 - Rear Camera        = IP-67
OP001029  GEN3 - Forward Camera  = IP-67

As can be seen, these cameras and all of our components are not high pressure cleaner proof nor even high pressure cleaner resistant. This is the reason that we provide 'No High Pressure Washing' sticker labels on all of our weather bearing gear.

If you absolutely must high pressure clean your ITC/Telehandler then please avoid pressure cleaning the installed EQSS Gen 3 components.

Water ingress on a Gen 3 component from a high pressure cleaner will render your safety system unreliable, thereby negating it's purpose and shall absolutely void your warranty.
