Gen3_ITC - Fault Code - IT05
This fault code can appear when the Gen 3 ITC is not able to write to the SD card.
There are two common causes for this error code:
1. Write Lock Tab on the SD card has been set to 'Locked'.
2. SD card carrier in the EQSS Display unit is faulty.
Remedies:
- Power off the Gen 3 ITC system. Take the card out of the display carrier, then slide the write protect tab to the unlocked position. Reinsert the SD card into the display SD card slot and power up the Gen 3 system.
- If the action in remedy 1 doesn't remove the IT05 fault, raise an EQSS support request and then send the display unit back to EQSS for diagnosis/repair.
