Gen3_ITC - Fault Code - IT09

This fault code can appear with a fresh Gen 3 install or when a CCIM has been replaced.

The EQSS CCIM uses PCB mounted DIP switch banks for forward/reverse ITC drive logic settings. These settings are configured at the factory and can be ITC make/model specific. If these DIP switches have been configured incorrectly for a particular ITC, it is possible for the Gen 3 system to report a IT09 fault - signifying that both ITC forward and reverse gears have simultaneously been selected (when in the cabin, they have not). This condition can also create cutouts that will inhibit machine operation.

Troubleshooting:
If the Gen 3 ITC kit is brand new and is a fresh install on your ITC, or you have received a repaired/replaced CCIM that is creating a IT09 fault code:
1. Unscrew  the four screws on the CCIM and open the lid.
2. Take a few very clear photos of the two DIP switch banks on the left hand side of the Circuit Board (near the two blade fuses).
3. Open a web browser on your computer or mobile phone and navigate to the 'Submit a Ticket' support page on the EQSS website.
4. Fill in your details and attach the photos of the two switch banks then submit your support request; please make sure that you have provided accurate details of the make/model/serial number of your machine.
5. We will reply to you with correct DIP switch settings for your make/model of machine

Warning
Please, don't be tempted to just randomly change DIP switch settings in the hope that the system will somehow come good - these are control lines and need to be set purposely.
