Gen3_ITC - Installation - Volvo L120H & L90 Reverse Camera Installation
The rear camera video is displayed on the screen when the machine is in reverse gear to
allow the operator to see behind the ITC while reversing.
Installation Steps:
1. Open the rear panel of the machine
and remove the previously existing
reverse camera.
2. Cable tie the existing camera
connection cable out of the way as it
does not get used for this
installation.
3. Install the new reverse camera
(OP001029) in the previous camera’s
location using the M6 Nuts
(FA001156) and washers
(FA001073) supplied.
4. Connect the camera power and
signal connectors to the supplied
10m camera cable (CB001032).
5. Route the cable with the path of the
existing wires, cable tying to secure
the cable, ensuring that any moving
parts are kept well clear of.
Note: The white connector is not used.
6. Raise the rear engine cover of the
machine to enable access to the
cable route.
7. Run the remainder of the cable
towards the cabin entrance grommet
using the route (shown in the
diagram below).
8. Ensure that the cable is routed in a
manner that is clear of the hydraulic
arm mount for the rear engine cover.
The camera's viewing angle may need to be adjusted once the
system is installed and the display is operational.
Do not disconnect the camera power connection while the
system is operating as this can damage the fuse.
