Gen3_ITC - Installation - Volvo L120H Signal Light Installation

Notes
The signal light warns other workers when the ITC is lifting loads close to it's maximum capacity.
Installation Steps:

1. Drill and tap four M4 holes to mount the signal light bracket to the left side of the cabin roof as shown in the photo below.


2. Mount using the supplied M4 bolts and washers. Making sure that the top signal light is lower than the machines roof line. 


3. Run the cable through the roof and feed through the cabin entrance grommet on the right side of machine. Ensure that the cable is secured firmly with cable ties.


4. As the signal light cable is run down the switch pillar inside the cabin; it will be run at the same time the override and camera switches are installed




Warning
Ensure the power supply voltage is greater than 13.5V otherwise the signal light may not illuminate correctly.
