Updates can not be performed with the current display operating system. Please contact EQSS to update the display operating system to the latest version
Very old Display Operating systems will not allow the use of the Gen 3 Configuration Tool. If your display shows the above message, then contact EQSS support. You will need to send your Gen 3 display to EQSS for an update to the software.
