Gen4 - Installation - Haulotte HTL 4017 Sensor Input Harness
This Tech Doc describes how to complete the Sensor Input Harness Installation
Installation Steps:
1. Connect
the large black bulkhead connector on the sensor input harness to the SPM.
2. Run
the bps and pressure sensor cables to the rear of the machine.
3. Connect
the pressure sensor cables into the compensation head and rod pressure sensors
according to the label on the harness. Also See Note 1.
4. Connect
into the main head and main rod pressure sensors according to the label on the
harness. Also See Note 1.
5. Connect
into the compensation head and compensation rod pressure sensors according to
the label on the harness. Also See Note 1.
6. Run
the BPS Harness up onto the boom, following the hydraulic lines running to
the boom and secure using cable ties.
7. Make sure the cables are not pinched or
stretched when the boom is raised or lowered.
8. Attach
the cable to the BPS.
9. Connect the BPS Harness to the 4-Pin DT connector from the Sensor Input Harness.
Note 1. Ensure the pressure sensors and cables do not collide with the boom and chassis structures and the cables do not stretch or pinch when the boom is raised and lowered.
