OverWatch - User - Periodic Testing

Testing must be performed on the OverWatch™ components to ensure the system operates correctly.
This testing
must be performed every 12 months or after any type of maintenance or repair work has been carried out on the
machine’s control box. Connect to the OverWatch™ Wi-Fi, then access the main page and select the test menu. This is the same test that was initially performed when the Overwatch kit was freshly installed. It tests all control signals and interfacing between the Overwatch and the control box.
Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the system test.
If any of the tests fail, then most likely it's due to the Overwatch not sensing the correct control signals. Please check all electrical connections between the Overwatch harness and the machine's control board. Also unplug and then plug in again all plug/module connections.
If any of the failed tests are related to the joystick or deadman switch, then the actual joystick device could be faulty. If a spare joystick is available, then replace and re-test the Overwatch.
