SFPL - Installation - Generic Display Housing, Cable Reeler & Light Tower Installation

Display Installation
The display is housed within a IP67 rated enclosure and must be installed on the left side of the turret.
The unit must be secured using four M6 bolts in each corner of the housing.

Cable Reeler Installation
The cable reeler is designed to mounting inside the boom.
Secure the cable reeler with the rectangular metal tray at the bottom and the nylon cable running out the top (pointing towards the inside of the boom). Mount using four M6 bolts in each corner. Extend the nylon cable and anchor it to the inside boom section. Connect a limit switch with normally closed and normally open contacts to the four pin connector coming out the front of the cable tray. The switch should be closed when the boom has been fully retracted (stowed). Connect the supplied 4 metre M12 Circular connector cable to the rear connection on the cable tray, run the cable to the display housing and connect into either of the M12 female connectors.

Light Tower
The light tower should be mounted in a location visible to workers around the man platform.
Secure using four M5 bolts. Run the cable to the display housing and connect to the spare M12 female connector.
