
The cabin electronics interface into the load sensor
and produce the required cutout.
Installation Steps:
Install the indicator and
override switch into a two spare housing in the dashboard.

- The switch
housing cutout in the dashboard may need to filed larger
to fit the overload indicator.
- Insert the ferrules on the wire harness into the cabin
interface module connector block according to the table below.
Connect the relay board to the 6 pin connector on the wire harness.

Then:
- Connect the boom cable to the 2 pin connector on the wire harness.
- Connect the indicator mounted in the dashboard to the wire harness
light blub connector.
- Connect the override
switch in the dashboard
to the spade terminals on the wire
harness.
Locate the radio power connector in the dashboard then splice the following
wire colours from the harness with the 3 pin connector - to the radio power power connector.
Connect the 3 pin connector to the main wire harness.
The cutout
is connected into the machine

Remove the cover protecting the hydraulic spool valves behind
the cabin.
Run the 2 pin tee connectors out of the hole in the cabin (the same hole used for the boom
cable) and run along the side the cabin towards the hydraulic spool valves
behind the cabin.
Connect into the 2 pin connector
as shown below.
