ITC SWL- Hitachi - Load Sensor Installation

Notes
The load sensor measures the load attached to the hook of the jib and if the load is greater than the set weight it signals an overload back to the cabin electronics.

The load sensor is installed between the jib structure and the hook. Remove the locking pin attaching the hook to the jib. Insert the locking pin and the supplied spacers through the tongue on the top of the load sensor and into the jib. Insert the supplied locking pin into the cleavace at the bottom of the load sensor and into the hook.

Ensure the connector is facing out the top as shown. Ensure the locking pins are secured using split pins.
