This Tech Doc describes how to connect the safety system to the existing electronics in the machine

Isolate the main battery before starting the machine
connections
Stabiliser Harness
The stabiliser harness is a 6 meter long cable with a 2-Pin and a 12-Pin connector on one
side and a pair of ferrule wires on the other.
There are two pairs of ferrule wires, one for each stabiliser switch labelled Left and Right
Stabiliser. Run the stabiliser harness to the limit switches on each stabiliser, following
the existing GEN1 cables. Replace the ferrule wire connections from the GEN1 with the
GEN3 wires.

The 2-Pin and 12-Pin connectors from the stabiliser harness connect into the matching
connectors on the I/O harness.
Drive Direction and Override
The machine input harness contains the forward and reverse drive direction signal wires
and the cutout override. The machine input harness has a 4-Pin connector containing 4x one meter wires.
Connect the 4-Pin connector from the machine input harness into the matching
connector on the I/O harness.
The grey wire into pin 1 of the 4-Pin connector is the forward drive signal and must be
spliced into pin 8 of the X8 connector (located on the fuse panel on the side of the
dashboard).
The white wire into pin 2 of the 4-Pin connector is the reverse drive signal and must be
spliced into pin 8 of the X7 connector.

The yellow and violet wires on the 4-Pin connector are for the override switch.

Locate the two combined wires in the switch block and remove it from the switch block
and replace with the yellow wire from the machine input harness. Join the violet wire
from the machine input harness to the two wires that were removed from the switch
block.

Hydraulic Cutout
The hydraulic cutout harness has a 6 pin connector on one side and a 2 pin connector
on the other side.
Connect the 2 pin connection into the existing 2 pin connector from the GEN1 cutout
near the Dieci LMI display.
Connect the 6 pin connector from the machine input harness into the matching
connector on the I/O harness.

Power Supply
The power harness has a 3 pin connector on one side and 3 ring lugs on the other.
The ring lug on the purple wire is attached to the accessories line (labelled +15) on the
fuse panel.
The ring lug on the yellow wire is attached to the battery line (labelled +30) on the fuse
panel.
The ring lug on the black wire is attached to a ground point located somewhere in the
cabin.

Before connecting power to the GEN3 system, connect the backup battery terminals
from the power and camera harness to the backup battery that was installed with the
CCIM.
Connect the 3 pin connector from the power harness to the matching connector on the
power and camera harness.
