Gen3_ITC - Installation - Volvo L120H & L90 Cabin Loom
The cabin loom connects the CCIM to the machine connections and the other modules of
the system
1. Connect the power/camera and IO
harnesses to the CCIM bulk head
connectors.
2. Connect the reverse camera and
remote camera connectors to the
power/camera harness.
3. Run the 8 pin ‘CCIM to display’
cable, ‘User Control’ cable, ‘remote
camera/override’ cable and ‘Signal
Light’ cable through the Switch
column (as shown in the diagram below).
4. Connect the ‘Signal Light’ cable and
CPIM cable to either of the M12
connector on the CCIM.
5. Connect the 8 pin ‘CCIM to display’
cable and the 5 pin ‘User Control’
cable to the 8-pin and 5 pin
connectors on the back of the
display.
6. Connect the male spade to the back
of the remote and override camera switch as following:
Install switches into post once
connections are complete.

If the M12 screw lock connectors on the display are over
tightened it will twist (and probably short) the connector pins attaching the
connector to the PCB
Do not disconnect the camera power connection while the
system is operating as this can damage the fuse
