Gen3_ITC - Installation - Volvo L120H External Cable Completion
All external cabling is completed in this section
Installation Steps:
1. Locate the reverse camera cable,
CCIM cable and Machine cutout
cable and 6-core video cable.
Locate the cabin entrance grommet
located at the front end of the cabin.
2. Run the CCIM, cutout and camera
cable up through the hole into the
cabin under the foot pedals.
Note: Pull the entire length of cable
through into the cabin, excess cable
will be stored beneath the side
console.
3. Cable tie all the cables coming from
the front of the machine to the
rubber hosing to ensure that the
cables do not obstruct the pivoting
of the machine.
4. Route the cables along the path
shown in the diagram to prevent
tension on cable during movement of
front end during steering.
5. Coil up the additional cabling for the
pressure sensor, boom, signal light
and height limiter cables and store in
the location shown in the diagram.
6. Connect the CCIM cable to the side
of the CPIM.
7. Machine Cutout
Locate the solenoid PWM9101 ‘Lift
arms up solenoid’ which is situated
underneath the machine close to the
centre of the two front tyres.
Note: The boom cannot be lifted
until the rest of the installation has
been completed.
8. Unplug the existing two-pin
connector and replace it with the
one end of the T-connector, with
the other end of the connector
connecting to the existing cable.
