Gen3_ITC - Installation - Volvo L120H & L90 Machine Connections
This Tech Doc describes how to connect the safety systems to the existing electronics in the machine
To complete all of the steps within this Tech Doc, you should either be an auto electrician or have the services of an auto electrician.

Installation Steps:
1. Route both the system power for
the 24V to 12V converter and the
DT6 connection cable from the
remote camera switch as shown in
the diagram below.
2. Locate the system power lug - 24V (near the right side of ECU).
Attach the power wire (yellow)
from the 24V to 12V converter to
the ring lug.
3. Locate the system ground lug
near the right side of ECU.
Attach the ground wire (black)
from the 24V to 12V converter to
the ring lug.
4. Locate the terminal DC2 in main
ECU near the top of the board.
Cut and Splice the wire attached
to the terminal with the ‘24V to
12V converter’ signal wire
(Purple).
5. Locate the terminal DB6 in main
ECU near the top of the board.
Cut and Splice the wire attached
to the terminal with the Reverse
Camera signal wire (White).
Some machines had wiring modifications applied by the end user and may not match the wiring in this Tech Doc
Isolate the main battery before starting the machine
connections
After completing the machine connections the boom can not
be moved until the installation is complete
